Faced with bills impossible for any citizen to understand and the shortage of proposals against the COVID-19 health crisis, Dora Sena was born, a fictional senator of the Republic of Colombia who drafts her own initiatives. Dora opens a space for reflection in the middle of the pandemic and leaves one question hanging. Can a machine legislate for dystopian situations?
