Artifacts of War takes us inside Europe’s major arms trade fairs, FEINDEF and EUROSATORY, where tear gas, foam projectiles, and electroshock weapons are marketed for crowd control.

In parallel, the film follows a team of researchers developing an algorithm to analyze protests and verify whether the protocols for the use of these devices are being followed.

An immersion into the global business of potentially lethal weapons and the limits of violence in contemporary democracies.
