Yet, the Faces – Visual Prosthesis Workshop

We recently wrapped up our first workshop for Miléna Trivier’s upcoming documentary, Yet, the Faces.

This is a deeply meaningful project for us, rooted in the director’s own experience with prosopagnosia (face blindness). In an era defined by facial recognition, the film explores a provocative question: can we hack this technology to aid those who cannot recognise faces? Could AI become a prosthesis that restores the ability to see others?

At Artefacto, we are contributing our expertise to ensure that AI is integrated into this «prosthesis» in an ethical and responsible manner. We are also proud to be co-producing the film alongside Rubis Productions, Les Films d’Ici, and Apolo Media.
